Mark your calendars! Registration for our 2025 camp season opens on January 20th at 9 AM. Due to the growing popularity of our program, we’re thrilled to announce we’ve expanded to two locations: our existing Deming Way campus at SwimWest 1001 Deming Way, and our brand-new Midvale Campus at 821 S. Midvale Blvd.
This year, we’re offering even more flexibility! You can register for the entire summer, select individual weeks, or choose between the two campuses to fit your schedule. Plus, our Midvale Campus features a spacious indoor gymnasium for even more fun and activities.

When registering in January, please ensure all required forms are completed. These forms are essential for state license compliance and are available online. Be sure to update all information, including payment details, before registration. These forms help our counselors understand and meet your camper’s needs, ensuring the best experience possible.
Registration Forms and Fees
- All state-certified forms are available online and must be completed to prioritize the safety and well-being of each child. Attendance at camp is contingent upon the completion of these state-required forms; failure to do so will preclude your camper(s) from participating. Our dedicated counselors diligently review all submitted paperwork to familiarize themselves with each child before their arrival. We kindly request that all mandatory forms be completed by May 1, 2025. Your cooperation ensures a seamless and secure camp experience for all participants.
- Payment for the first week, along with the family registration fee, is due upon registration. A payment plan can be arranged through our online booking program to align with your financial preferences. All camp fees must be settled in full before June 1. It’s crucial to select your committed weeks carefully during booking, as cancellations incur a fee.
Swim&Gym, LLC has implemented a non-refundable credit card convenience fee of 3%, effective January 1, 2025. To avoid this convenience fee, we recommend paying your invoices electronically with an ACH payment (debit card) However, we understand that changes can be tricky so if you need help switching to an alternative payment method, please reach out via email to office@swimgymcamp.com for assistance.
- For cancellations made before April 1, 2025, a refund will be issued, subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations after April 1 will incur a charge of half the week’s fee, along with the $50 yearly registration fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the camp week, or early departures due to disciplinary reasons or parental requests. Refunds will be processed for the remaining balance of fees if a camper is unable to attend due to injury or illness, provided notification is given before the camp starts. However, individual missed days due to injury or illness once the booked week has commenced will not be refunded.
- FULL SUMMER Registration: Swim&Gym, LLC offers a limited number of summer registration slots. We emphasize the importance of commitment from families intending to enroll for the entire eleven-week summer program. Given the high demand for our services, it is imperative to note that full summer registrations are non-refundable once a spot has been secured. However, in cases of emergencies, we are committed to providing suitable solutions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and efficient registration process for all families involved.
